Raw Milk



Making Butter out of Raw Milk

I am pouring off the buttermilk.

The yummy butter.


The buttermilk is the best I have ever had!

Making Raw Cheese

These are large cheese curds. I am breaking them up into 1/2" cubes.


The end product is mozzarella cheese which is resting in brine for a day.
